Since it was founded in 2009, there have been more than a thousand people that have at one point or another called themselves a member of Clan Quest. A large number of those people have made a significant impact on the history of the Clan; its development, its Guilds, its websites, and so on. Unfortunately, not all of these people have remained as contributors to the Clan, having at some point disappeared, quit, or were even banned. The Notable People series of articles goes into detail about many of the people who have had an impact on the history of Clan Quest, but do not necessarily warrant a page of their own.

In this article, Many former members of the Questing Clan of RuneScape's Low Council, and their contributions, are listed. Please note that this list does not include all former members of the Low Council, as it excludes all members who were promoted to the High Council, were members of the Honor Council, were migrated to the Guild Council, or are still members of the Clan and have their own userpage on the Wiki, or have the capability to create one.

Addicted des

Low Council: Aug 28, 2014 - Jun 20, 2016
Addicted Des' Promotion.PNG
Addicted des's promotion ceremony.

Addicted des caught the attention of the Questing Clan of RuneScape's Low Council through his contributions as a member of the Recruitment Razzers. The first half of 2014 saw an increase in the amount of "Looking for Clan" threads that the Razzers posted on, and Addicted des was one of a few volunteers who rose to the occasion. He was promoted to the Low Council on August 28th, 2014 after a nomination process that lasted only two days. Soon after his promotion he participated in the official, Jagex-sponsored "Quest Cup" which pit teams from different Clans against each other in various Quest related challenges. Addicted des partook in the "Iron Choobs" challenge, which required its participants to complete every free to play quest in as little time as possible. Addicted des continued to actively participate in Low Council activities throughout the rest of 2014, but he became increasingly more inactive starting in February 2015. Eventually real life commitments and a new long term "purpose" in RuneScape led to him resigning from Clan Quest entirely on June 20th, 2016.

Aleosith

Low Council: ??? - Jan 4, 2017

Aleosith was one of the Questing Clan of RuneScape's earliest Low Councilors, having been promoted ingame some time before January 2011. While he was a registered member on the Clan's offsite, he never contributed more than a few posts, and no record of his promotion exists there. Because of this, unfortunately, Aleosith is one of many Councilors whose contributions to the Clan have been lost to time. At some point during 2011 his activity on RuneScape fell, and soon after he became a long lasting member of the Low Council's "Emeritus" group until he, and several other long inactive members of the group, were removed on January 4th, 2017.

Andrew cinqo

Low Council: Dec 12, 2012 - Jan 4, 2017

Andrew Cinqo was an active, popular member of the Questing Clan of RuneScape, both ingame and on the official Clan forums, who earned his promotion to the Low Council through his involvement with the Event Thugs, and general ingame event hosting. His promotion occurred on December 12th, 2012, and soon after he joined the Recruitment Razzers team to help with advertising the Clan on the official RuneScape forums. He only stayed with the Razzers for a couple months, but continued to be an active event host and moderator. In May 2014 he was responsible for reviving the "WarScape" game that had been hosted in years past by AlphaLeo. His activity gradually declined from the end of 2014 until mid 2016, at which point he disappeared entirely. He remained in the Low Council's "Emeritus" group until its membership was wiped on January 4th, 2017.

Blarmy

Low Council: Aug 11, 2011 - Sep 13, 2014

Blarmy was promoted to the Low Council on August 11th, 2011 alongside Borizi, and had two major periods of activity within the group. Between the time of his promotion and June 3rd, 2012 he was an active member of the Guild, though only occasionally participated in Low Council discussions, or on the Clan forums at all. He returned to activity in February 2013, and after earning his way off of the "Emeritus" list, remained a present figure in the Guild on RuneScape, but was never a truly active member of the Low Council. Blarmy's time in the Low Council ended abruptly on September 13th, 2014 after a confrontation with members of the Clan leadership regarding a dispute involving Draziw and Karen Angel that had since been resolved. Due to decisions that were made during this incident, Blarmy resigned from the Council and the Guild in protest.

Bobacupcake

Low Council: ??? - Jan 4, 2017

Bobacupcake was a well known face in the Questing Clan of RuneScape between the time he joined, which was at some point during the first six months of the Clan's existence, until approximately mid-2012, when he went on an apparent permanent hiatus from RuneScape. Due to the fact that the Clan had no official means of communication established outside the forums at that point, he disappeared on all fronts. He was one of the earliest people to be promoted to the Low Council, as his promotion predates any official records kept on the official Clan forums; should they have existed on the official RuneScape forums, they have long since been lost. Boba's general popularity allowed him to remain on the Low Council's "Emeritus" list longer than most, but he was finally retired from the position on January 4th, 2017 along with several other members who had been inactive for a long time.

Chapu

Low Council: Jul 2, 2012 - Feb 13, 2015

Chapu, known as Chapu555 on the Clan offsite, was one of the earliest members of Clan Quest, having joined around July 19th, 2010. He earned a reputation as an active member in both the events and combat communities during his time in the Questing Clan of RuneScape, but it would take two years before he was considered for a position on the Low Council. But when he was finally considered, he received a nomination that lasted less than two days before he was accepted, and on July 4th, 2012, he was officially promoted. He remained on as one of the Council's more active members until February 13th, 2015, when he resigned from Clan Quest in order to more seriously pursue his ingame "Player vs Monster" goals. This marked the end of his time as a member of the Low Council, but he did return to the Questing Clan of RuneScape on January 26th, 2016, and remained a member of the Guild until he once again resigned in June 2017. Chapu is the son of Clan Councilor Tohtli.

Codelyoko252

Low Council: Sep 12, 2014 - Jan 4, 2017

Codelyoko252 was a moderately active member who joined Clan Quest in late 2013 that, once promoted to the Low Council, took on the role passionately until his activity eventually dropped. He was originally promoted on September 12th, 2014, despite low activity on the forums, which changed almost immediately. Codelyoko would go out of his way to participate in Council discussions, and he was one of the most active people on the official "T9" Recruitment thread, accepting new applications on it and making sure it stayed on the front page of the RuneScape Official Forums. He personally requested that he be moved to the Emeritus Council on October 12, 2015, and though he would briefly return to activity at a later date, he went truly inactive in early 2016. On January 4th, 2017, Codelyoko was among those retired from the Low Council due to long term inactivity.

Coopya

Low Council: May 15, 2014 - Oct 26, 2014

CoopYa was a moderately active event host and member of the Recruitment Razzers who earned his promotion to the Low Council on May 15th, 2014 after receiving a nomination from the High Council. He contributed where he was needed during his time in the Low Council, continuing to participate in events and assist with the recruitment process in a greater capacity. He also made sure that his voice was heard in official Council decisions, especially those to promote new members to the Low Council. In general, he was a well known face around the Guild due to his participation in events and games. Ultimately, though, his time in the Low Council was short, and ended on October 26th, 2014 (a mere five months after his promotion) when he resigned from Guild.

Dawnoffrost

Low Council: ??? - July, 2011

Dawnoffrost, later known as Xeno Frost, was a member of Clan Quest who was promoted to the Questing Clan of RuneScape's Low Council some time between early 2010 and July 2011, when he and several other inactive Councilors in the Guild were retired. His activity in the Clan was solely ingame, as he was one of the early Councilors who never registered on the Clan's forums. At some point before October 2012 he resigned from Clan Quest and joined a RuneScape Clan called "Guthix Halos" where he served as one of its administrators.

Drakans Promotion 001.png
DrakanHpS' promotion ceremony.

DrakanHpS

Low Council: Feb 3, 2015 - Mar 12, 2018

DrakanHpS was an active event coordinator and member of the Combat Marshals who joined Clan Quest some time between early 2012 and late 2013, and after a period of inactivity, earned a reputation as an active and energetic member of the Questing Clan of RuneScape throughout 2014 and 2015. For a long time he held out on registering on the Clan website, but finally did on August 29th, 2014 so that he could participate in the Quest Cup as a participant in the "Iron Choobs" challenge. On February 3rd, 2015, Drakan was promoted to the Low Council due to his active participation in events and his enthusiastic personality when it came to helping out guests members in the Questing Clan with questing related questions. Following his promotion he energetically began coordinating an ingame Clan Meeting that would take place on March 29th, 2015 where no official announcements were made, but it was an otherwise successful event. It was the first, and only, time a Clan Meeting was coordinated by someone not on the High Council. Drakan's activity eventually began to fall off around the end of 2015, and by 2017 he had all but completely disappeared. Drakan's career in the Low Council ended when it was replaced with the Guild Council, which only included the former groups active members.

Edge hybrid

Low Council: May 14, 2011 - July, 2011

Edge Hybrid is a member of which little is known, as he was not registered on the Clan's website and so all his interactions with the Guild were relegated either to ingame conversations, or recruitment threads that have long since been lost. What is known is that he was a big enough contributor to the Clan that on May 14th, 2011, he was promoted to the Low Council along with three other major "Non-Council" contributors, such as MsKonnan10, Vodka B, and Rerecros. His time in the Low Council was short, as when the Clan Government was "purged" of its inactive members in July 2011, Edge Hybrid was among those to go.

Gooberlee

Low Council: Feb 2, 2015 - Jan 4, 2017
Goobys Promotion 001.png
Gooberlee's promotion ceremony.

GooberLee was the first of several members promoted to the Low Council throughout the month of February 2015, alongside members such as Pacrat4 and Kitty. GooberLee's promotion took place on February 2nd after a nomination process that took almost a month to complete. He was one of the few members to be promoted in the short-lived "Bronze quest", a promotion method designed by Cireon with the intention of making a Low Councilors promotion more memorable. GooberLee actively participated in Guild Council discussion and recruitment until about June 2015, when he stopped posting on the Clan's forums altogether. He could still be found ingame and served his duty as a chat moderator, but his inactivity eventually led to his removal from the Council in an activity sweep that occurred on January 4th, 2017.

Heybullfrog

Low Council: Jan 15, 2010 - Nov 6, 2010

HeyBullFrog was one of the earliest members of Clan Quest, having joined some time in 2009, and was one of the original four people promoted to the first version of the "Low Council" when it was founded on January 15th, 2010. While he was initially one of the more popular members of the Questing Clan of RuneScape, at some point he began to abuse the powers he was given. While no official record exists, later accounts claim he used his ingame moderator privileges to "kick everyone [from the clan chat] he could at once", and on November 6th, 2010 he made a post on the Clanquest.darkbb forums titled "F*** you all" where he claimed to have four members IP addresses, and that he fully intended to hack into their RuneScape accounts. In an official announcement by Draziw later that day, HelBullFrog was banned from Clan Quest, making him the first and only sitting Low Councilor to be banned.

Its drama

Low Council: Apr 16, 2011 - July, 2011

Its Drama was a member who never registered on the Clan's website, and so his contributions to the Clan are largely unknown. What is known is that he was promoted to the Low Council on April 16th, 2011, in an announcement made at an official Clan meeting where Bigg Doggg and Anamona were also promoted to the High Council. By July he had become too inactive to fulfill the role any longer, and so he was among the list of several Councilors who were removed from their position. Despite having already completely disappeared, Its Drama remained on the Questing Clan's roster until a Guild-wide activity sweep that occurred on March 31st, 2018.

Jamie k1990

Low Council: May 6, 2012 - Jan 4, 2017

Jamie K1990 was an influential figure in the early days of the Recruitment Razzers group, which he took over on October 18th, 2011, three days after the group was officially implemented at a Clan meeting. He took over for MsKonnan10 and LizBeth, who originally founded the group more than a month earlier, on September 2nd. Because of his involvement with this group, he was offered a promotion to the Low Council on May 6th, 2012. He continued to focus primarily in the Razzers, though, serving as one of the Low Council's top authorities when it came to recruitment. In October 2012 he released a draft of an official Recruitment Razzers policy in an attempt to revitalize the group and update its newer members on what to do, a policy that would be used for several years despite the fact that he eventually became too busy to fill the role. On October 9th, 2013, Jamie K1990 was officially replaced by LizBeth and Miss Alaska as the head of the Recruitment Razzers. He remained on the Low Council's "Emeritus" group for years following this, but ultimately he had moved on and never returned to full activity. He was officially retired from the Low Council on January 4th, 2017, along with several other Councilors who had been inactive for a considerable amount of time.

Jeroenvt

Low Council: Jan 28, 2011 - Aug 7, 2011

Jeroenvt was an early, and later controversial, member of the Questing Clan of RuneScape who was promoted to the Low Council on February 28th, 2011 after being nominated only a few days prior. He was an active, energetic voice in the Council for the time he was in it, but on August 7th, 2011 he made an announcement on a general "Leaving the Clan" thread that his time had come to go. A week later, on the 14th, he made his own thread announcing his departure, citing his intention to set up his own Clan. His departure was cordial, and he would actually go on to actively participate on the Clan Quest forums for another full year. In October 2012, though, his relationship with some members of the Clan's government had soured, and on October 28th he was accused of "scamming" a member of the Questing Clan on RuneScape. After reviewing provided chat logs, the decision was made to permanently ban Jeroenvt from the Clan. Around November 2018, he asked for the ban to be lifted, a petition that was granted on the condition that he repayed a RuneScape Bond to the two members he had scammed. Unfortunately, and even though the ban was lifted, Jeroenvt left the Guild a couple months later.

Kfoster3

Low Council: Feb 4, 2015 - Mar 12, 2018

Kfoster3, also known as K3F on RuneScape, was an especially active member of the Questing Clan of RuneScape who earned a promotion to the Low Council on February 4th, 2015, after showing a considerable amount of maturity and helpfulness in the ingame Clan Chat. His activity on the Clan Forums, however, was minimal at best. Despite being absent from most Low Council discussions and decisions, Kfoster was a reliable ingame moderator until he stopped playing the game in September 2017. On March 12th, 2018, his time as a member of the Low Council ended with the implementation of the Guild Council. KFoster used to be the third highest ranked member in terms of in-game experience, a place he lost a couple years later.

Kitty Aether

Low Council: May 27, 2015 - Aug 13, 2015

Kitty Aether was a member who joined and spent most of her time with the Clan in 2015, before disappearing almost as soon as she came. Literally days after joining the Clan she joined the Recruitment Razzers team, and brought a breath of life to that group that it had not witnessed in some time. She quickly earned a reputation for being dependable, mature, and fun to be around. All of these reasons are why she was promoted to the Low Council on May 27th, 2015, after having only been in the Clan for a little more than three months. She continued to be a popular, positive impact on the Clan throughout the next few months, but her time as an active member was limited. On August 18th, 2015 she posted her resignation to the Low Council, citing real life obligations as a reason. She was moved to the Emeritus group, where she remained until its roster was wiped on January 4th, 2017. Kitty Aether has briefly resurfaced a few times in the years since her departure, but has never returned to her same levels of activity.

Kontingency

Low Council: ??? - May 1, 2010

Kontingency was an original Low Councilor promoted at some point between January 16th and May 1st, 2010. Due to the fact that he never registered on the Clan Forums, no official records exist of who he was or what he contributed to the Clan. He was retired from the Low Council on May 1st, 2010 along with Wsx, likely due to the fact that he was part of a different Clan that he spent more time in, and thus could no longer fulfill his commitment to Clan Quest.

Koretek

Low Council: ??? - July, 2011

Koretek is another mysterious member of the Low Council who was promoted at some point in 2010, but no official records exist due to the way the Guild functioned at the time. He was at his peak levels of activity throughout 2010, starting in May, and while there is evidence that he remained sporadically active until 2012, there is little to go off of in terms of his contributions to the Clan. What is for certain, though, is that his activity in 2011 was insufficient for him to maintain a position on the Low Council, and so in July of that year he, along with several other inactive members, were retired.

Lebyh

Low Council: May 6, 2012 - Mar 23, 2016

Lebyh was an early member of the Clan, joining around late 2010 or early 2011, who earned a position on the Low Council on May 6th, 2012 at a Clan Meeting where Jamie K1990 and Poorman30 were also promoted. He had been active up until that point, but by October 2012 he had all but completely disappeared. He later resurfaced in late 2014, where he remained an active member of the Questing Clan, especially as a member of the Combat Marshals, and as a member of the Low Council until he eventually resigned from the Guild on March 23rd, 2016.

Loud12100

Low Council: Sep 24, 2012 - Mar 26, 2014

Loud12100, known ingame as A Loud Guy, joined the Questing Clan of RuneScape in October 2010 and though he was not a major part of the Event Thugs, earned a reputation as one of the Clan's major event hosts. He, along with AlphaLeo, hosted several unique events throughout 2011 and 2012 under the moniker "L©L Productions", and he later became one of the driving forces behind the once regular Tears of Guthix events. His support for the Clan, his personality and helpful nature ingame, and his contributions to the Clan's events were all factors that led to his promotion to the Low Council on September 24th, 2012. He continued to be just as active as he had been before his promotion as he had been after, but by 2014 several incidents involving members of the Clan leadership had left him bitter and wanting to move on. On March 26th, 2014, Loud resigned from Clan Quest and requested his offsite account be deleted, a request that was quickly granted.

Mell

Low Council: Nov 9, 2015 - Mar 12, 2018

Mell joined the Questing Clan of RuneScape at the end of 2014, and after joining the offsite in February 2015 she quickly proved herself to be an active and energetic member and contributor. She took to the Razzers, becoming an active member in the Guilds "Player vs Monster" community. It was her personality and presence in the Guild, though, that put her up for consideration for the Low Council. Not only had she caught the Low Council's attention, she also caught the High Council's attention, and at a Clan Meeting held on November 9th, 2015, the High Council promoted her themselves along with multiple other members. Though she remained active on the game and in the community until the end of 2016, she was never particularly active in Low Council discussions or decisions. She was among those who were not promoted to the Guild Council when it replaced the Low Council on March 12th, 2018.

Meru

Low Council: Sep 21, 2014 - Jan 4, 2017

Meru originally joined the Questing Clan of RuneScape in September 2012, but after only a few months made the choice to resign from the Guild on December 25th, 2012 and move on to other places, citing the fact that he typically did not "Stay in one place for very long". Because it's impossible to stay away from Clan Quest forever, though, Meru rejoined Clan Quest for good on August 20th, 2013 and proceeded to make a name for himself as a member of the Event Thugs. A year after rejoining, Meru was promoted to the Low Council on September 21st, 2014 after receiving unanimously positive votes. Despite this level of support, Meru's activity on the Clan Forums, and thus his role in Low Council discussions and decisions, abruptly ended on September 29th, just over a week later. He still remained active ingame, though, and continues to be spontaneously active to this day. His inactivity in the Low Council, though, resulted into his being retired from the group on January 4th, 2017.

Mock turtle

Low Council: Oct 15, 2011 - Sep 13, 2012

Mock Turtle, more popularly known as Dom, was a member of the Questing Clan of RuneScape's Low Council and Event Thugs, where he was an active member between July 2011 and September 2012. He was promoted to the Low Council on October 15th, 2011 after a rapid nomination process, and remained on the Council until he quit both Clan Quest and RuneScape on September 13th, 2012. He indicated that he had originally intended to stay a part of the community despite leaving the game, but due to recent conflicts around that time, he made the decision to resign outright. While this was the end of his membership in Clan Quest, he went on to return to the community a few months later, and has remained a sporadically active member on both the forums and the Clan Discord ever since.

Nicole angel

Low Council: Apr 1, 2014 - Mar 12, 2018

Nicole Angel, previously known as Arcelia, has been a member of Clan Quest since early to mid 2011, and originally earned a reputation for herself as an effective member of the Recruitment Razzers team. She was one of the groups original members when it was officially founded in October 2011, though she either never took part on the forums until early 2012, or her name change from "Arcelia" to "Nicole Angel" somehow resulted in much of her early posts being lost. Despite this, she would go on the be one of the forums single most active users between January 2012 and May 2017, at which point she became inactive across the board. She was promoted to the Low Council on April 1st, 2014(no it wasn't a joke), and once again took on a prominent role in the Questing Clan of RuneScape's Razzers. She was so active on the RuneScape Official Forums' "Looking for Clans" section that she even caught the attention of some of the forum moderators there. After becoming inactive in 2017 she was moved to the "Emeritus" council, and then retired from the Low Council entirely when it was replaced by the Guild Council on March 12th, 2018.

Pandas smile

Low Council: ??? - Jan 4, 2017

Pandas Smile, or Panda in Luv, joined the Clan and was promoted to the Low Council at some point between November 2009 and April 2010, a period in which little to no records were kept. Though he has gone on more than one hiatus, Panda has maintained a consistent presence in the Clan since its early days to the present day, and he proved he was worth promoting to the Low Council very early on. Due to his sporadic activity, though, he found himself in and out of the Low Council's "Emeritus" subgroup and when the Low Council's inactive members were retired on January 4th, 2017, Panda was among them. In addition to his role in the Low Council, Panda was also notable for setting up and hosting Clan Quest's first ever voice chat server, on Ventrillo.

Poorman30

Low Council: May 6, 2012 - Jan 4, 2017

Poorman30 is a long time member of Clan Quest, joining in 2011, and has gone by several other names: TzTok-Rex, Hammerhead, and Har-Aken Rex. He was an early member of the Event Thugs, taking up the position as its original leaders were becoming inactive. He was promoted to the Low Council on May 6th, 2012 as a Clan meeting that saw MsKonnan10's promotion to Head of Low Council. Poorman remained an active member of the Questing Clan until approximately 2014, when his activity waned on the Clan Forums. He maintained his activity ingame, though, until mid 2016, when he disappeared entirely. He was retired from the Low Council on January 4th, 2017, along with several other long inactive members of the group.

R3Ys Promotion 001.JPG
R3Y's promotion ceremony.

R3y

Low Council: Jan 30, 2015 - Jun 5, 2015

R3Y, or simply Rey on the forums, was a member who served on the Low Council for just over four months, from January 30th to June 5th, 2015. His time in the Low Council was marked by noteworthy activity, which ended only when R3Y resigned from the Clan entirely. He indicated that he disagreed with decisions being made by the Councils as the reason for his departure, as well as personal issues going on in his real life, though he still remained present in the Clan Quest community. Unfortunately, decisions he made stemming from his real life issues and conflict with members of the Guild resulted in his being banned by the Honor Council only a month after his departure.

Scooty

Low Council: ??? - Feb 23, 2011

Scooty, known as Darkscooty on RuneScape, was a Low Councilor in the Questing Clan of RuneScape from some time in early 2010 until he was retired to due to inactivity on February 23rd, 2011, along with other inactive members of the Clan Government. He was primarily active during a time when the Clan forums were not widely used, and so while there are numerous records of his position on the Low Council, and recorded incidents of him exercising his moderator privileges, little other information about him still exists.

Seraphangel

Low Council: ??? - Feb 23, 2011

Seraphangel was one of the early members of Clan Quest to be promoted to the Low Council, so early in fact that no official record of his promotion still exists. Like many promoted during this period of time, which spanned from 2010 to early 2011, their contributions to the Clan were exclusively ingame, where no official records could be kept, or on the official recruitment thread at the time, which has long since been deleted off the RuneScape official forums. Seraphangel also never registered on the Clan's website, and so there is no record of his personality or activity in the Clan, either. He was among those retired from the Low Council on February 23rd, 2011 due to a long period of inactivity.

Simbas Promotion 001.png
Simbakuro's promotion ceremony.

Simbakuro

Low Council: Oct 16, 2014 - Jan 4, 2017

Simbakuro has had a long history in the Clan, starting when he originally joined around January 2011, and spanning to the present day. There has been at least one period of time, in 2013, where Simbakuro is known to have resigned from the Clan, but he rejoined in February 2014 and has remained a member ever since. He was promoted to the Low Council on October 16th, 2014, after a nomination process that lasted nearly a month. After his return to the Clan, but before his promotion, he made a name for himself in the newly formed Combat Marshals group, and while he continued to be a contributing force in this regard ingame, his activity on the Clan Forums almost completely ended following his promotion. Simbakuro still plays RuneScape from time to time, but his inactivity that began around 2016 led to his retirement from the Council on January 4th, 2017, along with several other long inactive members.

Sir Macsimus

Low Council: Apr 16, 2011 - Jul, 2011

Sir Macsimus was only active in the Questing Clan of RuneScape for a few months, between October 2010 and May 2011, but during that time he earned a reputation as one of the more energetic and active members of the Guild, particularly when it came to events. He was responsible for setting up two, ultimately short-lived, reoccurring events in the form of "Barbarian Assault" and the official "QC Penguin Hunt", and was otherwise present at many of the other prominent events being held at the time. He was promoted to the Low Council for his contributions to the Clan on April 16th, 2011, during a ceremony where Anamona and Bigg Doggg were also promoted to the High Council. Unfortunately, because his activity would end in May, his time in the Low Council was brief, and in July 2011 he and several other inactive members of the Clan Government were retired.

Sir Ragnihild

Low Council: May 14, 2011 - Jul 28, 2011

Sir Ragnhild was promoted to the Low Council on May 14th, 2011 after the decision was made to add "non-Captain", contributing members. Sir Ragnhild, for his part, played a large part in assisting Tohtli and the website team in setting up various aspects of the brand new Clanquest.org website, immediately after the move from the old Clanquest.darkbb site. Ultimately, Ragnhild's time in the Low Council was short, as he resigned and left the Clan less than two months later, on July 11th. During his time as a Low Councilor, though, he continued to provide coding assistance and ideas for the website, as well as set up the infrastructure for the first ever version of the "RAWR" system, the "Random Acts of Wicked Randomness". This version of RAWR was an "Events lottery", where members would choose one event randomly out of 100, and then they and a group would go do it. It would later be revitalized with the C.O.R.E. Events.

Spaded ten

Low Council: Apr 16, 2011 - July, 2011

Spaded Ten was one of four members promoted to the Low Council at a Clan meeting on April 16th, 2011, an event that also saw the promotions of Anamona and Bigg Doggg to the High Council. Due to the fact that Spaded Ten never registered on the Clans forums, his exact contributions to the Clan remain largely unknown. Ultimately his time in the Low Council was brief, as he was among those retired from the Low Council due to inactivity a mere three months later, in July 2011.

StaflosnMizu

Low Council: Nov 9, 2015 - Jun 10, 2017

StaflosnMizu, otherwise known as Mizu Arashi or Mizu Katana, was a well known and sporadically active member of the Questing Clan of RuneScape who earned a reputation as one of the Guilds leaders in the "Player vs Monster" community. After being considered for a position on the Low Council for several months, Mizu was promoted at a public Clan meeting held on November 9th, 2015, along with four other members of the Guild. He continued to be a community leader in both the Event Thugs and the Marshals, but as time went on he became increasingly distant from the Guild. He resigned on June 10th, 2017, but remained on the official Clan Discord for almost a year afterwards. As of September 2018, he was the last member of the Questing Clan of RuneScape to surrender their position in the Low Council by resigning from the Guild.

Viperxk

Low Council: Apr 12, 2014 - Aug 11, 2015

Viperxk was a prominent member of the Low Council from the time he joined it, on April 12th, 2014, until he resigned from the Clan on August 11th, 2015 in order to pursue more ingame "Player vs Monster" content opportunities. During his time as a Low Councilor he was one of the groups most active members, and was particularly outspoken when he held a different opinion than those in power. He, among with multiple other members of the Low Council, aggressively pushed back against the High Council's decision to block "guest" members from entering the ingame Clan Chat on May 7th, 2014, a situation that resolved itself a week later, on the 15th. In January 2016 Viperxk briefly returned to the Guild and requested he be given an "Avatar Warden" rank so he could obtain a book from the Clan's Citadel, an unorthodox request that the Guild's policies forbid. After being denied by the High Council, a member of the Low Council granted Viper's request in an act that was seen as Viper going behind the Clan Government's back. He was banned from the Guild for this incident, and even though the ban was lifted soon after, Viper never returned after that.

Vss

Low Council: Apr 16, 2011 - Jan 4, 2017

Vss was one of four members promoted to the Low Council at a public meeting on April 16th, 2011, where Anamona and Bigg Doggg were notably promoted to the High Council. Vss was active enough to avoid many of the activity wipes that occurred during the early years of the Low Council, but was generally regarded to have sporadic levels of activity between 2011 and 2013. During this period he earned a reputation as a "go-to" event host, and spent much of his limited amount of time on the Clan forums participating in games or helping to organize events. In 2014 he formally announced that he was going on an indefinite hiatus from RuneScape due to real life obligations, from which he has never fully returned. He remained in the Low Council's "Emeritus" group until its members were retired on January 4th, 2017.

Whiggy

Whiggy, known as Whig or Not Whiggy ingame, was an active member of the Questing Clan of RuneScape's community from mid-2014 until the end of 2015, and to a lesser extent throughout 2016. He was promoted to the Low Council on August 28th, 2014, after spending a mere four months as a member of the Clan, a fairly quick promotion turnaround during this period of time. His positive and helpful attitude and general activity at the time were all factors in the decision to promote him. He remained an active participant in Low Council discussions and the recruitment system until the end of 2015, when his activity in the group began to fall off. His activity fell off dramatically mid-2016, though he showed up ingame a few times throughout early 2017. When the Low Council was disbanded and replaced with the Guild Council on March 12th, 2018, Whiggy was not re-promoted.

Windegorn

Low Council: ??? - Feb 23, 2011

Windegorn was a member whose contributions to the Clan were entirely ingame, as he never registered on the Clan offsite and was inactive long before any other official means of communication existed. At some point in 2010 he was promoted to the Low Council ingame, an act which was never recorded on the forums. During this period "Multiclanning", where members would be a part of multiple Clans on RuneScape and switch between them, was popular, and so presumably Windegorn chose to spend more time in another one of his Clans, rather than in Clan Quest. All that is known for sure is that on February 23rd, 2011, he and two other inactive members of the Low Council were retired.

Wolfie

Low Council: Feb 11, 2013 - Aug 29, 2013

Wolfie only served on the Questing Clan's Low Council from February 11th to August 29th, 2013, but earned a reputation during that time as one of its most outspoken members. Wolfie was generally known for his aggressive, blunt personality and his impressive knowledge and drive to learn more about the official RuneScape Lore. This, coupled with an apparent passion for writing, led Wolfie to authoring several prominent articles in the early issues of the Questaholic, and multiple guides on how to register on and use the Clan's forums, which were kept as the official public guides for years. He remained in the Guild even after his resignation from the Low Council, and even after he eventually resigned from the Clan altogether he remained as one of the single most active users on the official forums. He eventually rejoined the Guild in mid 2015, a controversial decision to some considering his occasionally brash, blunt personality. In October, 2015 Wolfie was banned from the Questing Clan of RuneScape following a dispute with members of the Honor Council. As this incident was later forgiven, Wolfie was permitted to rejoin the Clan in January, 2022, under the username Jakir.

Wsx

Low Council: Jan 15, 2010 - May 1, 2010

Wsx was one of the first members of Clan Quest, and was among the first four individuals to ever be promoted to the Questing Clan of RuneScape's Low Council, as of its founding on January 15th, 2010. He never registered on the official Clan forums, so there are no official records of his contributions or role in the Clan. Soon after his promotion to the Low Council his activity level dropped, and on May 1st, 2010 it was decided that he was too inactive to fulfill the role of Low Council, and was retired effective immediately.

Xoxscottyxox

Low Council: Sep 22, 2014 - Mar 12, 2018

xoxSCOTTYxox, or simply just Scotty, was an original member of the Combat Marshals who caught the attention of the Low Council in the aftermath of a public dispute involving Karen Angel and Draziw. Scotty expressed concern at decisions that were made, and the approach and care he took to the situation was much more balanced and mature than others who reacted to the incident. This display of his personality, along with his leadership in the budding Marshals group, led to his nomination, which would result in his promotion on September 22nd, 2014, a day after a Clan Meeting that saw the official promotions of Earth, Hemsky, Cireon, and LizBeth to the High Council. While Scotty was never especially active on the Clan forums, he did participate in official discussions, but around the end of 2015 his increasing levels of inactivity in the Low Council led to his placement on its "Emeritus" subgroup. Scotty remains active ingame to this day, but when the Low Council was replaced by the Guild Council on March 12th, 2018, Scotty was not carried over.

Zacki

Low Council: Sep 15, 2012 - Jan 4, 2017

Zacki, also known as Zack 27, was a member who was promoted to the Low Council on September 15th, 2012 after joining the Clan at some point in June 2011. All direct records of his role in the Clan have been lost due to the fact that his account on the forums, and all of its posts, were deleted at the end of 2017, before this information was compiled. Only pieces of information in which he was mentioned remain, and from those it can be determined that Zacki was, during the high point of his activity, an active member in the Questing Clan of RuneScape's events community, and was a large contributor to the Clan Citadel. He became inactive some time around early 2013, and moved to the Emeritus council not long after. He was retired from the Low Council on January 4th, 2017 along with several other long-inactive members of the group.
