Tohtli is a Clan Councilor, having been promoted to the role November 27, 2011, and having served in that capacity since. He is notable as the chief website administrator for many years, prior to a transition to a new website in 2017. He served as the director of the RuneScape Guild's Director of the Citadel, as well as being one of the original Low Council.
His role as web administrator granted him an important, albeit subtle, position within Clan Quest. While still active within the RuneScape Guild, his active participation in the daily operations of the Clan Council is usually fairly limited.
