Fur 'n Seek
We return to the Odd Old Man, the Very Sane and Reasonable collector of dead animal bits. He's got a new task for us, this time collecting the skins of animals in the Fremennik Province!
Yeah, that's what I said. It's not at all clear to me what this quest actually has to do with the Odd Old Man's agenda, but quests is quests. I've got a list of things to kill (all in the Fremennik Province, natch), and some instructions on what to do to prepare the skins, and off I go. Not really much else to say about the quest, really; Twoie is maybe ever-so-slightly underlevelled for this quest, but I managed to get them all without food, so maybe not.
Some nice quality-of-life for tanning the skins; using one set of logs on the firepit basically has the game play itself for minute or two. But there's just so little to this quest, I have nothing more to say about it. Quest complete.
Incidentally, before anyone comments: I looked it up on the wiki and I do know that the furs were the Odd Old Man trying to make a new set of clothes. That explanation smacks of plot spackle to me, but I guess we're stuck with it.
